In the project Rail-Rates (as well as in Sea-Rates, Air-Rates and Land-Rates.com) all begins after the registration of the order for providing transport services.

Thus, before shipment of cargo, a consignor shall bother concerning the organizer’s decision for the shipment. So that to choose a relevant and responsible specialist, it is necessary to spend some time.

A communications flow scheme is implemented in our project wherein messages are not exposed, but are kept in a personal section for users “My messages”. This type of correspondence has great advantages:
